Marketing and Graphic Design Intern – Fall Semester

This position is partially remote (the schedule would be based on candidate preference). We’d like the candidate to be local to the Boston area to come into our office in Boston, MA 1-2X per week. 

We are looking for a passionate rising Junior or Senior or recent college grad for a Marketing and Graphic Design internship for the Fall semester (could be extended through Spring). As a member of the marketing team, you will work closely with our Senior Marketing Associates and VP of Marketing. In this role, you will assist the marketing team with content development and design, social media management, event marketing, and sales support. 

  • Create digital and social content including blogs, infographics, and social posts on LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Maintain social media editorial calendar and performance tracking dashboards. 
  • Contribute to event planning and execution.
  • Support sales team with promotional swag orders and client gifting using ReachDesk, our gifting platform.
  • Assist with presentation and collateral design using PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Conduct key account research to support sales and new business efforts.

Key Competencies:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher (rising Senior preferred) or recent college
    graduate.
  • Preferred focus/major in Marketing, Advertising, or Graphic Design
  • Strong experience with PowerPoint. 
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Team player.

Campaign Solutions Intern

The Campaign Solutions Intern will work closely with various members of the Campaign Solutions team to help deliver cross-channel campaigns for our clients while learning about programmatic digital advertising.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and execute tasks involved with campaign management; includes setup/trafficking, screenshots, monitoring performance/delivery, updating pacing docs to ensure full delivery, reporting/analytics, optimization, billing/budgeting, tracking margin, inputting, and keeping internal systems up to date.
  • Supports Analysts and Sr. Analysts in maintaining internal timelines and workflows, communicating campaign optimizations to internally, managing expectations with frequent, proactive, delivery of information (good or bad)
  • Continued training on DSP and programmatic landscape through internal and external
    training initiatives,

Key Competencies:
