Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales cycle by effectively communicating the value of Digilant advertising solutions.
  • Manage agency and advertiser relationships to achieve quarterly revenue and monetization targets.
  • Identify and develop relationships with relevant top tier media buying agencies.
  • Create persuasive presentations using case studies to close sales deals.
  • Work collaboratively with all cross-functional teams.
  • Drive awareness of Digilant advertising within the agency and advertising community.
  • Contribute to the development of our products and services by providing informed opinions on internal sales strategies and channel partner feedback.

 Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of successful digital sales experience with consistent overachievement.
  • Experience successfully selling online advertising solutions (CPM, CPC, dCPM, etc.).
  • Knowledge of programmatic ecosystem. Both Managed and Self-Service.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships at all levels with target agencies and client-direct by means of prospecting, generating meetings and entertaining clients.
  • Superior verbal, face-to-face, phone and email communication skills.
  • Goal oriented personality with a strong work ethic, commitment to success and a “roll up your sleeves” personality.
  • Experience with CRM systems and a technical aptitude to learn new technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Digital Campaign Manager

The ideal Campaign Solutions Manager will have ad tech/programmatic experience, an analytical, strategic, and creative mind, as well as strong communication skills, both written and spoken. The position offers full immersion into the digital advertising space, with room for growth and personal advancement, while developing a core background in the industry, including: media, data, and strategy.

As a member of the Campaigns Solutions Team, the Campaign Manager works closely with Sales to deliver the full view of the client relationship and management of all post-sale tasks, needs and opportunities including but not limited to: kick off calls, campaign scoping, setup and management, reporting, client communication and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute tasks involved with campaign solutions analysts; includes setup/trafficking, monitoring performance/delivery, reporting/analytics, optimization, billing/budgeting, strategic planning, etc.
  • Facilitate training and provide campaign optimization assistance to a team of analysts
  • Own client relationships; includes maintaining internal timelines and workflows, communicating campaign optimizations to client, managing expectations with frequent, proactive, delivery of information (good or bad)
  • Collaborate with relevant cross-functional teams to achieve client goals, raise awareness around high-risk campaigns and/or high-profile clients, up-sell opportunities leveraging historical data and insights.

  • Working knowledge of HTML, ad tag construction

Reporting into the VP of Media Strategy the Senior Media Strategist is the liaison between the Sales & Media Strategy (pre-sale) and Campaign Solutions (post-sale) functions for Key Accounts. Their primary objective is to provide a strategic voice for the account that develops partnerships and drives upsells & renewals in collaboration with the in-market Sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Development:
    • Attend pre-sale meetings to serve as a product expert, answering more technical questions on Digilant’s product stack; build confidence with the client in Digilant’s capabilities as a partner.
    • Gather information on Advertiser’s business objectives for proposal development during pre-sale meetings.
    • Attend prospective client entertainment events and industry events/conferences to serve as an ambassador for Digilant.
    • Communicate with clients on follow-up questions from proposal submissions.
  • Proposal Development:
    • Strategically align Digilant’s products & capabilities to meet Advertisers’ business objectives.
    • Determine pricing for proposals that is competitive and will drive campaign performance.
    • Build proposal deck utilizing Digilant Marketing collateral; partner with Marketing to develop any custom materials.
    • Answer Client questions during Proposal phase in an effort to close the business.
    • Track proposal submissions and Close/Win Rate.
    • Collaborate with Campaign Solutions to develop proposals for renewal business.
  • Campaign Strategy:
    • Work in partnership with the Campaign Solutions team on day-to-day Client Communications for Key Accounts, including status calls, optimization recommendations, etc.
    • Facilitates future account planning, quarterly business reviews, strategic analysis, etc. to drive upsells and renewals in partnership with the Sales and Campaign Solutions teams on Key Accounts.
    • Educates the Client on the best practices and trends in the programmatic space to enhace their Marketing efforts.

Director, Business Development

The Business Development Director is responsible for identifying, pursuing and attaining new Brand Clients for the AOR side of the Digilant business, in partnership with the Sales and Marketing teams, and under the guidance of the Chief Development Officer. This individual will lead all new business pitches from start to finish, and will assist with the onboarding of new Clients. This individual should have a proven track record of engaging and growing their agency’s Client roster and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a pursuit strategy that aligns with the overall Digilant business strategy
  • Lead development of sales strategies for net-new Brand pursuits, in partnership with the Sales and Marketing teams
  • Project manager of the new business pitch process, from start to close, collaborating with all internal stakeholders/subject matter experts and organizing the pitch in an impactful way to close the business
  • Lead the development, customization and delivery of RFP and RFI responses and presentations
  • Responsible for cultivating business relationships through networking, industry events, and outbound marketing with pitch consultants and other key ecosystem partners to drive leads, as well as partnership opportunities for Digilant, such as with Creative agencies
  • Develop a fluent knowledge and library of Digilant’s best case studies, capabilities and products to help position Digilant as best-in-class for Brand business
  • Assist with the training of the Sales team on this type of Sale to help expand the prospecting efforts for Brand direct business
  • Ability to represent and sell-in the full suite of Digilant’s solutions for Brands
  • Provide accurate and detailed communications, pipeline and financial forecast within our CRM system for Brand leads

Experience:

  • Successful track record (at least 7-10 years) of building business for an advertising agency, with digital media agency experience preferred
  • Experienced in speaking to all levels of prospective clients: strategic and tactical decision makers, including C-level executives, with a consultative approach
  • Proven experience in leading a cross-functional team in the pitch/BD process
  • Thorough knowledge of leading new business efforts, including proactive targeting, RFI/RFP response and financial negotiations
