Director, Client Services – Boston or Remote

The Client Services Director will sit on the Full-Service team. He or she will be the main point of contact for brands and will ultimately be responsible for account success and happiness of the clients. The ideal Client Services Director would be the quarterback of all internal and external tasks for each client, properly tracking projects and ensuring internal teams are providing quality deliverables in a timely manner. 


Essential Functions:

  • Manage all client communications including weekly status calls with day-to-day client team and ongoing relationships with high-level client teams.
  • Responsible for adhering to client SLAs – confirming receipt of emails and responding with answers within reasonable timeline.
  • Responsible for client onboarding, including running internal and external kick-off calls and translating clients’ needs into actionable plans
  • Responsible for QBRs, including developing and maintaining repeatable frameworks for all client QBRs
  • Internal and external liaison that maintains schedules and timelines, including tracking all status of projects.
  • Ensuring internal teams are working on deliverables and are meeting deadlines
  • Anticipating client needs and proactively resolving or escalating potential issues
  • Will require up to 25% travel to client offices

Campaign Solutions Analyst – NYC or Boston

The ideal Campaign Solutions Analyst will have ad tech/programmatic experience, an analytical, strategic, and creative mind, as well as strong communication skills, both written and spoken. The position offers full immersion into the digital advertising space, with room for growth and personal advancement, while developing a core background in the industry, including media, data, and strategy.

As a member of the Campaigns Solutions Team, the Campaign Analyst works closely with Sales to deliver the full view of the client relationship and management of all post-sale tasks, needs and opportunities including but not limited to: kick-off calls, campaign scoping, setup and management, reporting, client communication and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute tasks involved with campaign solutions analysts; includes setup/trafficking, monitoring performance/delivery, reporting/analytics, optimization, billing/budgeting, strategic planning, etc.
  • Facilitate training and provide campaign optimization assistance to a team of analysts
  • Own client relationships; includes maintaining internal timelines and workflows, communicating campaign optimizations to client, managing expectations with frequent, proactive, delivery of information (good or bad)
  • Collaborate with relevant cross-functional teams to achieve client goals, raise awareness around high-risk campaigns and/or high-profile clients, up-sell opportunities leveraging historical data and insights.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in online advertising account management, marketing consulting, brand management or yield optimization.
  • Experience in DV360
  • Ability to work within a highly collaborative, dynamic environment
  • Organized and process-oriented
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Very strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Familiarity with Excel and constructing Pivot tables
  • Highly analytical and strategic
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently

Preferred Additional Qualifications

  • Prior programmatic experience utilizing a DSP or ad trafficking
  • History of running and optimizing CPA/CPL campaigns
  • Account management or client service experience
  • Exposure to tools like DoubleClick Suite, Salesforce, Datorama, Sizmek, Google Tag Manager
  • Working knowledge of HTML, ad tag construction

SEM Manager – Boston

The ideal SEM Specialist will have advanced Google & Bing Ads experience across verticals, an analytical, strategic, and creative mind, as well as strong communication skills, both written and spoken. The SEM Manager will work directly with the VP of Search Marketing to create and execute paid search campaigns. They will need to execute across all key search products including Search, App Installs, Shopping, Display & Video campaigns.

Essential Functions

  • Build, drive and optimize successful Google, Bing, and other PPC marketing campaigns
  • Build presentations and own client relationships
  • Tell the story behind your clients’ KPIs, confidently interpreting trends and making recommendations based on their ROI, CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS
  • Expert skills in query reporting, ad copy testing, audience & conversion management

Core Competencies

  • Excel including Data Query, functions, vlookups & more
  • Attribution modeling (click & impression-based conversions)
  • Google Analytics (GTM preferred)
