Media Project Manager

Reporting to the VP Client Services, this role will work closely with our team of account directors to deliver client projects. This includes managing all client communications, internal production processes, logistics, client feedback and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an agency and have managed media projects from start to finish. They should be used to dealing with senior executives at big businesses and enjoy managing relationships, making sure clients receive the highest level of service for their campaigns.

The role offers exposure to and input on product strategy, supporting the pitching process, and leading on the project management and client management of a range of omni-media campaigns. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for day to day relationships with clients
  • Project manage the delivery of sponsored content campaigns, ensuring delivery deadlines are hit, campaigns are delivered within budget, and client’s expectations are exceeded
  • Work collaboratively across strategy, client services, media, tech teams to ensure excellence throughout the process
  • Prepare campaigns for launch by gathering all necessary elements such as right format of creatives, links/URLs, and any additional detail necessary for campaign trafficking.
  • Create and manage project estimates and timelines updating them as appropriate
  • Recognize the simultaneous need for rigorous adherence to process and the flexibility to adapt to inevitable changes along the way
  • Lead new client on-boarding process
  • Manage clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is kept fully informed at all times

The ideal candidate:

  • 3-5 years of experience with media operations and processes, project management or account management, ideally in an agency.
  • Experience with project budget management.
  • Experience in end-to-end project management of media projects.
  • An understanding of a variety of publishing formats.

Account Manager

Digilant is currently looking for a full-time Account Manager with 5-8 years of digital/media business experience. This is a strategic role in account management that will primarily involve building client relationships, driving account strategy & planning, digital marketing strategy. 

Candidates should be familiar with all aspects of digital marketing and an in-depth knowledge of the media landscape and should be able to show a track record of successful account management and growth.

Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Planning & Insights Manager, the Media Strategist is the liaison between the Sales & Media Strategy (pre-sale) and Campaign Solutions (post-sale) functions for Key Accounts. The Analytics Solutions team manages all tasks around data ingestion, CRM/client analysis, web analytics, mobile app analytics, performance insights via data and platform expertise. Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1-5 years of analytic solutions experience

Campaign Manager – Remote, USA

The ideal Campaign Solutions Analyst will have ad tech/programmatic experience, an analytical, strategic, and creative mind, as well as strong communication skills, both written and spoken. The position offers full immersion into the digital advertising space, with room for growth and personal advancement, while developing a core background in the industry, including media, data, and strategy.

As a member of the Campaigns Solutions Team, the Campaign Analyst works closely with Sales to deliver the full view of the client relationship and management of all post-sale tasks, needs and opportunities including but not limited to: kick-off calls, campaign scoping, setup and management, reporting, client communication and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute tasks involved with campaign solutions analysts; includes setup/trafficking, monitoring performance/delivery, reporting/analytics, optimization, billing/budgeting, strategic planning, etc.
  • Facilitate training and provide campaign optimization assistance to a team of analysts
  • Own client relationships; includes maintaining internal timelines and workflows, communicating campaign optimizations to client, managing expectations with frequent, proactive, delivery of information (good or bad)
  • Collaborate with relevant cross-functional teams to achieve client goals, raise awareness around high-risk campaigns and/or high-profile clients, up-sell opportunities leveraging historical data and insights.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in online advertising account management, marketing consulting, brand management or yield optimization.
  • Experience in DV360, MediaMath, Xandr, TTD, or other leading DSPs
  • Ability to work within a highly collaborative, dynamic environment
  • Organized and process-oriented
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Very strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Familiarity with Excel and constructing Pivot tables
  • Highly analytical and strategic
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently

Preferred Additional Qualifications

  • Prior programmatic experience utilizing a DSP or ad trafficking

  • Exposure to tools like DoubleClick Suite, Salesforce, Datorama, Sizmek, Google Tag Manager
  • Working knowledge of HTML, ad tag construction
