Campaign Solutions Associate – Remote

We are currently seeking a Campaign Solutions Associate to join our growing Campaign Solutions Team. This entry-level position requires collaboration and analytical skills, as well as a proven track record working within a team environment and across multiple departments and disciplines to actively manage the setup and execution of programmatic digital media campaigns. The Associate will be responsible for digital campaign setup and creative trafficking along with supporting reporting needs and other ad-hoc tasks for Digilant’s clients.

The Associate position is an exciting opportunity to learn the ins and out of programmatic advertising. 

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and execute tasks involved with campaign management; including setup/trafficking, screenshots, monitoring performance/delivery, updating pacing docs to ensure full delivery, reporting/analytics, optimization, billing/budgeting, etc
  • Collaborate with relevant cross-functional teams to achieve client goals & raise awareness around underperforming campaigns
  • Continued Self-Training on DSPs & programmatic landscape through internal and external training initiatives

  • Communicates performance of campaigns/clients on a regular basis
  • Supports Analyst/Sr. Analyst in maintaining internal timelines and workflows, participating in client kickoff calls/emails, communicating campaign optimizations to the client, managing expectations with frequent, proactive, delivery of information (good or bad), & up-sell opportunities leveraging historical data and insights

Reporting into the Planning & Insights Manager, the Media Strategist is the liaison between the Sales & Media Strategy (pre-sale) and Campaign Solutions (post-sale) functions for Key Accounts. Their primary objective is to provide a strategic voice for the account that develops partnerships and drives upsells & renewals in collaboration with the in-market Sales team.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Development:

  • Attend pre-sales meetings to serve as a product expert, answering more technical questions on Digilant’s product stack; build confidence with the client in Digilant’s capabilities as a partner.
  • Gather information on Advertiser’s business objectives for proposal development during pre-sale meetings.
  • Attend prospective client entertainment events and industry events/conferences to serve as an ambassador for Digilant.
  • Communicate with clients on follow-up questions from proposal submissions.

Proposal Development:

  • Strategically align Digilant’s products & capabilities to meet Advertisers’ business objectives.
  • Determine pricing for proposals that is competitive and will drive campaign performance.
  • Build proposal deck utilizing Digilant Marketing collateral; partner with Marketing to develop any custom materials.
  • Answer Client questions during the Proposal phase in an effort to close the business.

Campaign Strategy:

The ideal Campaign Solutions Analyst will have ad tech/programmatic experience, an analytical, strategic, and creative mind, as well as strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
