Media Buyer & Trader

The ideal Media Buyer & Trader will have ad tech/programmatic campaign management experience, an analytical, strategic, and creative mind, as well as strong communication skills, both written and spoken. The position offers full immersion into the digital advertising space, with room for growth and personal advancement, while developing a core background in the industry, including: media, data, and strategy.

Reporting into the Director, Media Buying & Trading, the Media Buyer & Trader will own the campaign management of all of Digilant’s Full Service clients for search, social and programmatic campaigns. As a member of the Full Service Team within the Media Operations Team, the Media Buyer/Trader works within multiple programmatic, search and social buying platforms to actively manage major client campaigns for Digilant’s Full Service Clients. We are looking for a results-driven, detail- and numbers-oriented individual, who is able to solve problems creatively and analytically. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute tasks involved with campaign management; including setup/trafficking, monitoring performance/delivery, reporting/analytics, optimization, billing/budgeting, , etc. in Social Platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat) and Search Platforms (Google, Bing). DSP experience a plus.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues, pixel issues, and creative issues using DSPs, Paid Social platforms, and tagging tools like Google Tag Manager or AdForm.
  • Deliver timely and insightful reports based on campaign data analysis.
  • Executes and reports results for test & learn plans.
  • Maintains knowledge of ad technology buying platforms and analytics tools.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in programmatic campaign management in DSPs, Paid Social Platforms, and/or Search Platforms
  • Problem solving skills, including finding solutions for issues that have not yet been solved.
  • Ability to work within a highly collaborative, dynamic environment
  • Organized and process-oriented
  • Very strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Familiarity with Excel and constructing Pivot tables
  • Highly analytical and strategic
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
  • Disciplined and possess great attention to detail

Reporting into the EVP, Media Operations, the Director will lead the Media Trading team for all of Digilant’s Full Service clients. As a member of the Full Service Team within the Media Operations Team, the Media Trading works within multiple programmatic, search and social buying platforms to actively manage major client campaigns for Digilant’s Full Service Clients. We are looking for a results-driven, detail- and numbers-oriented individual, who is able to solve problems creatively and analytically.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the team of search, social, and programmatic media buyers/traders.
  • Effectively manage and develop junior team members including mentoring, training, and skillset development
  • Work to help build, develop, document and streamline Team Process, Best Practices, and SLAs. This includes the creation of a 12-month roadmap of when certain process milestones will be hit.
  • Manage and execute tasks involved with campaign management; including setup/trafficking, monitoring performance/delivery, reporting/analytics, optimization, billing/budgeting, , etc. in Social Platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat) and Search Platforms (Google, Bing). DSP experience a plus.
  • Established as a leader with the client and across all departmental teams within our agency partners, effectively prioritizing/negotiating needs between all parties.

Director of Analytics

Digilant is seeking a Director of Analytics to drive strategy and differentiation directly for clients with data-driven analytic and measurement solutions. This role requires strong client relationship skills and a deep understanding of existing ad tech and mar tech analytic and measurement solutions. The Director of Analytics will be responsible for bringing custom analytic solutions for clients to life and leading the implementation of projects. The Director of Analytics will lead projects to ensure project delivery and bring meaningful stories and insights to the end client.

The Analytics Solutions team oversees all projects and requests around data integration, ET and visualization, CRM/client analysis, measurement, media mix modeling, web analytics, mobile analytics, performance insights, and reporting automation by working with clients, internal stakeholders, and the engineering team to build market-leading solutions. The team is frequently on calls with new clients driving home the value of powerful data-driven analytics and helping close new and incremental business. The ideal candidate has the appropriate blend of technical capabilities, business acumen, and analytical skills to focus on the challenges of our biggest clients and deliver solutions that drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Own client relationships as it relates to analytics requests and measuring campaign
    performance
  • Own 3 rd party analytic vendors for brand studies, attribution, research and lead the
    analysis and actionable take-aways for client
  • Lead client projects with measuring media incrementality, multi-touch attribution, and
    media mix modeling
  • Wireframe projects that fulfill client requirements and ensure a clean data flow for
    attribution, data modelling, CRM analysis, etc
  • Work with Engineering and Data Science teams to deliver client projects against tight
    deadlines while owning client relationship
  • Deliver insights and be thought leader in conversations with clients around their
    analytics
  • Design new, innovative reports and analyses. Fully own projects from scope to
    execution
  • Operate autonomously, focusing on keeping processes as efficient as possible
  • Maintain a high level of pride in work, always looking to improve processes and increase
    scope

Required Skills & Experience

 

  • 5+ years of analytic solutions experience
  • 5+ years in a client-facing role
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities, strategic thinking, and superior analytical skills

  • Experience with the ad tech and mar-tech ecosystem

Digilant is seeking a Director of SEO to help lead Search Engine Optimization services for our clients. The Director of SEO will work on the full-service agency team to develop a new offering from the inception. The perfect candidate for this role will be entrepreneurial at heart and will be responsible for creating a go-to-market strategy and internal processes around SEO.

Responsibilities

  • Build an SEO practice from scratch, including team growth, internal & external processes, and
    toolset requirements.
