Partnership Development Manager, AdTech and MarTech

Digilant is looking for a Partner Development lead to help build and manage strategic relationships that offer valueadded services for Digilant and clients. The Partnership Development Manager will foster connections across the advertising and marketing technology ecosystem, spanning audience, contextual, supply, performance, measurement, analytics, and more, to support Digilant’s diverse client base. S/he will be responsible for establishing and managing partnerships with companies that align with Digilant’s strategic initiatives.


Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of strategic partners and ensure the gotomarket success through a plan the PDM helps to define and execute (training, coselling, marketing, etc.).
Define partner success requirements and produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of their impact, needs, and growth opportunities.
Have a deep understanding of partner capabilities and solutions to advocate internally and advise field sales teams on how to leverage partners to drive customer success.
Manage gotomarket efforts and daytoday relationships with partners, finding creative and scalable ways to deliver results.
Provide ongoing education about partners to Digilant teams.
Work crossfunctionally with several internal teams: technology, marketing, sales, media strategy and campaign operations to evangelize partner needs, develop protocol, and advocate for custom solutions.
Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business trends to demonstrate partner impact.
Maintain subject matter expertise on partners and stay uptodate with their solutions.


Requirements:


2+ years of online media, advertising technology or marketing technology experience
1+ years of experience within a partnerships or a sales development/growth function
Experience working in the digital advertising industry in sales, account services, or marketing
Experience in or knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem.
Knowledge of the agency and advertiser ecosystem and experience in customer facing roles.
Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional and dynamic environments
Excellent networking and interpersonal skills; history of building strong relationships internally and externally to drive measurable results and revenue acceleration.
Ability to push projects forward with multiple deliverables, teams and deadlines.
Positive, cando spirit and adept at dealing with frequently changing work environment.
Demonstrated communication and presentation skills

Solutions Consultant

Digilant is looking for a presales digital solutions consultant that will work closely with the sales and media strategy teams to provide technical and deep domain expertise to help close new business. The Solutions Consultant will ensure proper expectations are set with clients and will help facilitate custom solutions during the transition from Sales to Campaign Operations.

 

Responsibilities:

Lead and document discovery sessions to understand clients business objectives and desired outcomes
Present custom solutions that meet the clients requirements, drive adoption, and growth
Play a critical role in helping prospects understand the value of Digilant products, differentiators, and strategic partnerships
Assist with RFPs/RFIs
Keep current on industry trends and competition
Develop a repertoire of client stories to convey the value of Digilant products and services
Work closely with Campaign Solutions team to deliver against proposed solutions
Document observations from prospects and customers to influence future productdevelopment
Communicate technical updates and new product features to relevant Digilant. employees, maintaining a baseline level of understanding throughout the organization


Requirements:

2+ years in an AdTech or MarTech sales function
Strong technical knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem and the various players
Demonstrated capacity for solving complex problem
Deep technical curiosity for how to maximize the output of marketing platforms
Comfortable communicating, presenting, and building relationships with customers
Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to nontechnical audiences
Experience responding to technical questions and security requirements from customers
Motivated by team success and collective results

Platform Solutions Analyst

The ideal Platform Solutions Analyst will have ad tech experience, an analytical, strategic, and creative mind, as well as strong communication skills, both written and spoken. The position offers full immersion into the digital advertising space, with room for growth and personal advancement, while developing a core background in the industry, including: media, data, analytics and strategy. The Platform Solutions Team touches every piece of business in the company. They work with Sales, Campaign Solutions, and Engineering to own client relationships, close and grow business, strike new vendor deals, and develop custom solutions. 

Responsibilities:

  • Owns selection, integration, and adoption of new platforms
  • Internal training and support across all programmatic platforms
  • Provides expertise on campaign performance, optimization and programmatic strategy
  • Supports partner relationship management
  • Leads key agency accounts, which includes but is not limited to:
    • Provides first line support and training for self-service clients
    • Regular communication and client relationship development
    • Responsible for campaign management, optimization, reporting and budget allocation for owned accounts
    • Develops custom solutions to improve performance and workflow for clients
  • Supports Sales in new business efforts by demonstrating platforms and answering RFPs
  • Work with the Digital media teams to develop measurement action plans for online media campaigns.
  • Deliver tracking analysis and reports to support client campaigns and programs, creative and recommended solutions.
  • Ability to develop tracking and reporting requirements, particularly web analytics.
  • Ability to contribute to increasing the level of innovation in data, analytics and CRM

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in online advertising account management, marketing consulting, brand management or yield optimization. 
  • Ability to work within a highly collaborative, dynamic environment
  • Organized and process oriented
  • Very strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Familiarity with Excel and constructing Pivot tables
  • Highly analytical and strategic
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
  • Disciplined and possessing great attention to detail
  • Excited to keep up with the latest progress and trends in ad tech

 

Preferred Additional Qualifications:

  • Prior experience utilizing DSPs such as MediaMath, DV360, Trade Desk, Xandr/AppNexus
  • Experience with Google Analytics or Ominture
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, AdForm or other Tag Management Platforms
  • History of running and optimizing CPA/CPL campaigns
  • Account management or client service experience
  • Exposure to tools like Fiddler, Charles, DCM, JIRA, Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of HTML, ad tag construction
