About the Role

Digilant is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team. We are looking for a self-starter, who is organized and has a proactive and positive attitude.

The product marketing manager will work closely with product leads and other stakeholders to productize our solutions and value propositions. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating compelling Marketing content to promote Digilant’s solutions across all channels, including our website, sales presentations, social media, email, and events.

Responsibilities

  • Be the product marketing expert for Digilant’s proprietary technology and key partners.
  • Create and maintain “feature-benefit” messaging and marketing collateral for all capabilities.
  • Empower sales with sales presentations, solutions sheets, and competitor comparisons.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on creating and incorporating product-related content into events, awards submissions, press releases, etc.
  • Maintain partner and capabilities library.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of case studies.
  • Gather and respond to feedback from internal users about product marketing materials.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in a marketing role, preferably in digital advertising and/or marketing
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Ability to digest complex concepts and communicate them in a simple, compelling fashion
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment
  • Demonstrated success working effectively in cross-functional teams

Analytics Manager

Digilant is seeking an Analytics Manager with the knowledge and expertise to relay the value of Digilant’s best-in-class custom solutions, manage the integration of complex data sets for data analysis based on client needs, and discover and deliver actionable insights that drive value for our clients. This role requires a knowledge and curiosity across a wide range of advertising and marketing technologies and technical expertise in managing and delivering custom client analytic solutions. The Analytics Manager will be responsible for devising complex data flows that aggregate media and client data across the digital ecosystem based on client tech stack and KPIs while delivering insights and performance driving optimizations to internal stakeholders and clients.

The Analytics Solutions team manages all projects and requests around data integration, ETL and visualization, CRM/client analysis, web analytics, mobile analytics, performance insights, and reporting automation by working with clients, internal stakeholders, and the engineering team to build market leading solutions. The team is frequently on calls with new clients driving home the value of powerful data driven analytics and helping close new and incremental business. The ideal candidate has the appropriate blend of technical capabilities, business acumen and analytical skills to focus on the challenges of our biggest clients and deliver solutions that drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Wireframe projects that fulfill client requirements and ensure a clean data flow for attribution, data modeling, CRM analysis, etc
  • Work with Engineering and Data Science teams to deliver client projects against tight deadlines
  • Deliver insights and be thought leader in conversations with clients around their analytics
  • Work with Product team to build new automated reporting, visualizations, and data analytics processes
  • Contribute to and participate in new business pitches
  • Advise on and manage the merging of differing data sets across a wide breadth of adtech and martech platforms such as DSPs, Ad Servers, Email, Apple, Facebook, Google Ad Google Analytics, etc
  • Develop a deep understanding of the various Digilant reporting tools, such as the new Reporting Dashboard, Consumer Persona, and Audience Insights
  • Lead the coordination of 3rd party vendors for brand studies, attribution, research, etc. and assist with the analysis of their reports
  • Partner with the Sales team to identify client’s analytical and reporting needs and present solutions
  • Design new, innovative reports and analyses. Fully own projects from scope to execution
  • Operate autonomously, focusing on keeping processes as efficient as possible
  • Maintain a high level of pride in work, always looking to improve processes and increase scope

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-5 years of analytic solutions experience
  • General curiosity with technology and willingness to learn new platforms
  • Excited to keep up with the latest progress and trends in ad tech
  • Experience with the following ad- and martech solutions:
    – Data warehouses such as AWS Redshift
    – Tag managers such as Google Tag Manager
    – Web analytics such as Google Analytics or Omniture
    – ETL and Visualization tools such as Datorama or Domo
    – DSPs such as The Trade Desk or MediaMath
    – Mobile SDKs such as Firebase or Kochava
    – Ad servers such as DCM or Adform
  • Experience with pixels, tagging and troubleshooting tracking discrepancies
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Advanced excel skills, such as pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities, strategic thinking, and superior analytical skills
  • Strong relationship building, consultative sales and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to gain customer trust, retain and grow customer investment
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Team spirit and ability to collaborate well with many different stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial and self-starter

Preferred Additional Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Prior experience running campaigns in a DSP
  • History of running and optimizing CPA/CPL campaigns

Campaign Solutions Analyst – NYC or Boston

The ideal Campaign Solutions Analyst will have ad tech/programmatic experience, an analytical, strategic, and creative mind, as well as strong communication skills, both written and spoken. The position offers full immersion into the digital advertising space, with room for growth and personal advancement, while developing a core background in the industry, including media, data, and strategy.

As a member of the Campaigns Solutions Team, the Campaign Analyst works closely with Sales to deliver the full view of the client relationship and management of all post-sale tasks, needs and opportunities including but not limited to: kick-off calls, campaign scoping, setup and management, reporting, client communication and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute tasks involved with campaign solutions analysts; includes setup/trafficking, monitoring performance/delivery, reporting/analytics, optimization, billing/budgeting, strategic planning, etc.
  • Facilitate training and provide campaign optimization assistance to a team of analysts
  • Own client relationships; includes maintaining internal timelines and workflows, communicating campaign optimizations to client, managing expectations with frequent, proactive, delivery of information (good or bad)
  • Collaborate with relevant cross-functional teams to achieve client goals, raise awareness around high-risk campaigns and/or high-profile clients, up-sell opportunities leveraging historical data and insights.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in online advertising account management, marketing consulting, brand management or yield optimization.
  • Experience in DV360
  • Ability to work within a highly collaborative, dynamic environment
  • Organized and process-oriented
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Very strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Familiarity with Excel and constructing Pivot tables
  • Highly analytical and strategic
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently

Preferred Additional Qualifications

  • Prior programmatic experience utilizing a DSP or ad trafficking
  • History of running and optimizing CPA/CPL campaigns
  • Account management or client service experience
  • Exposure to tools like DoubleClick Suite, Salesforce, Datorama, Sizmek, Google Tag Manager
  • Working knowledge of HTML, ad tag construction
