Campaign Solutions Associate – Remote

We are currently seeking a Campaign Solutions Associate to join our growing Campaign Solutions Team. This entry-level position requires collaboration and analytical skills, as well as a proven track record working within a team environment and across multiple departments and disciplines to actively manage the setup and execution of programmatic digital media campaigns. The Associate will be responsible for digital campaign setup and creative trafficking along with supporting reporting needs and other ad-hoc tasks for Digilant’s clients.

The Associate position is an exciting opportunity to learn the ins and out of programmatic advertising. 

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and execute tasks involved with campaign management; including setup/trafficking, screenshots, monitoring performance/delivery, updating pacing docs to ensure full delivery, reporting/analytics, optimization, billing/budgeting, etc
  • Collaborate with relevant cross-functional teams to achieve client goals & raise awareness around underperforming campaigns
  • Continued Self-Training on DSPs & programmatic landscape through internal and external training initiatives
  • Follows Company Values, Team Best Practices, Meets Deadlines and shows improvement & growth in areas of development
  • Communicates performance of campaigns/clients on a regular basis
  • Supports Analyst/Sr. Analyst in maintaining internal timelines and workflows, participating in client kickoff calls/emails, communicating campaign optimizations to the client, managing expectations with frequent, proactive, delivery of information (good or bad), & up-sell opportunities leveraging historical data and insights
  • Continued Self-Training on DSPs & programmatic landscape through internal and external training initiatives
  • Follows Company Values, Team Best Practices, Meets Deadlines and shows improvement & growth in areas of development

Preferred Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience creative trafficking in platforms like Sizmek, DCM/CM360, etc
  • Experience with Tag Managers and Analytics tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and AdForm
  • Experience managing campaigns in Social platforms like Facebook Business Manager, Snap Ads, Twitter Ads, etc

Campaign Solutions Intern

The Campaign Solutions Intern will work closely with various members of the Campaign Solutions team to help deliver cross-channel campaigns for our clients while learning about programmatic digital advertising.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and execute tasks involved with campaign management; includes setup/trafficking, screenshots, monitoring performance/delivery, updating pacing docs to ensure full delivery, reporting/analytics, optimization, billing/budgeting, tracking margin, inputting, and keeping internal systems up to date.
  • Supports Analysts and Sr. Analysts in maintaining internal timelines and workflows, communicating campaign optimizations to internally, managing expectations with frequent, proactive, delivery of information (good or bad)
  • Continued training on DSP and programmatic landscape through internal and external
    training initiatives,

Key Competencies:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher (rising Senior preferred) or recent college
    graduate.
  • Preferred focus/major in Marketing, Advertising, or Business.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, delivering on both internal

Media Planning/Trading Analyst

We are currently seeking a Media Planning/Trading Analyst to join our growing Omnichannel Campaign Team. This position requires collaboration and analytical skills, as well as a proven track record working within a team environment and across multiple departments and disciplines to actively manage the planning and execution of digital media campaigns. The Media Analyst will be responsible for campaign performance analysis, interpretation, and the presentation of data to define, execute and evolve campaign strategies to ensure the long-term success of client campaigns. The Media Analyst will contribute to publisher and vendor coordination with the potential to train and develop junior media planning resources as growth is experienced within the campaign team.

Inherent in this responsibility is ensuring campaigns are delivering against KPI’s and proactively managing campaign performance across digital media portfolio. The media analyst will develop and recommend forward-thinking strategies and innovations. This role entails some client face time providing subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders.

 

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Media planning, buying, trafficking, and optimization management of digital media campaigns based on brief parameters and media strategy.
  • Coordination of assets and tags with vendors and ensuring campaigns are delivering against KPI’s
  • Recommend forward-thinking strategies and innovations.
  • Proactively work on campaign set-up and optimization strategy.
  • Work to provide analytical insights to the client.
  • Responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of work produced for our clients.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with the campaign team, manage expectations and campaign deliverable schedule.
  • Comfortable asking questions and escalating as necessary to ensure that Digilant can deliver all campaigns successfully on time and on budget.
  • Adaptability to work across multiple verticals for B2B and B2C
  • Ability to work in multiple biddable media platforms for programmatic and social or search. 
  • Offline media knowledge a plus, but not required.
