Analytics Manager

The Analytics Solutions team manages all tasks around data ingestion, CRM/client analysis, web analytics, mobile app analytics, performance insights via data and platform expertise. The person is frequently on calls with clients and internal stakeholders to drive optimizations and insights. The ideal candidate has the appropriate blend of technical capabilities and analytic-know how to focus on the challenges of our biggest clients and deliver solutions that drive results.


  • Work with Technology team to deliver client projects against tight deadlines
  • Deliver insights and be thought leader in conversations with clients around their analytics
  • Work with Technology team to identify gaps for automated reporting, visualizations, and data analytics processes
  • Provide next-level insight on performance optimization and media optimization
  • Advise on and manage the merging of differing data sets across a wide breadth of adtech and martech platforms such as
  • DSPs, Ad Servers, Email, Apple, Facebook, Google Ad Google Analytics, etc
  • Develop a deep understanding of the various Digilant reporting tools, such as the new Reporting Dashboard, Consumer Persona, and Audience Insights
  • Lead the coordination of 3rd party vendors for brand studies, attribution, research, etc. and assist with the analysis of their reports
  • Partner with the Sales team to identify the client’s analytical and reporting needs and present solutions
  • Design new, innovative reports and analyses. Fully own projects from scope to execution
  • Operate autonomously, focusing on keeping processes as efficient as possible
  • Maintain a high level of pride in work, always looking to improve processes and increase scope

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1-5 years of analytic solutions experience
  • General curiosity with technology and willingness to learn new platforms
  • Excited to keep up with the latest progress and trends in ad tech
  • Performance marketing experience
  • Perficient in Javascript
  • Experience with the following ad- and martech solutions:
    • Data warehouses such as AWS Redshift
    • Tag managers such as Google Tag Manager
    • Web analytics such as Google Analytics or Omniture
    • ETL and Visualization tools such as Datorama or Domo
    • Google, Facebook, and Amazon
    • DSPs such as The Trade Desk or MediaMath
    • Mobile SDKs such as Firebase or Kochava
    • Ad servers such as DCM or Adform
  • Experience with pixels, tagging, and troubleshooting tracking discrepancies 
  • Advanced excel skills, such as pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities, strategic thinking, and superior analytical skills
  • Strong relationship building, consultative sales, and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to gain customer trust, retain and grow customer investment 
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Team spirit and ability to collaborate well with many different stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial and self-starter

Preferred Additional Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Prior experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other comparables
  • History of running and optimizing CPA/CPL campaigns
